General Refund Policy
MilanX Digital follows a limited-refund policy. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Payments made towards:
- Transaction or gateway charges
- Third-party tools, software, licenses, or services
- Work already delivered or initiated
are non-refundable.
Scope of This Policy
This refund policy applies only to services delivered directly by MilanX Digital.
It does not extend to:
- Third-party vendors or partners
- External platforms or tools
- Services not owned, operated, or directly managed by MilanX Digital
Any external service engaged through contractual obligation will follow its own independent policies.
Cancellation & Complaint Process
All cancellation or refund-related requests must be submitted in writing to our billing team.

1. Design & Development Services
(Website Development, Web Design, UI/UX, Graphic Design, Infographics)
- Within 24 hours of payment (if work has not started): 100% refund
- After 48 hours: 50% refund
- After 72 hours: No refund
2. Digital Marketing Services
(SEO, Social Media Management, Reputation Management, Link Building, SEO Audits)
- Within 24 hours of payment (if execution has not started): 100% refund
- After 48 hours: 50% refund
- After 72 hours: No refund
3. Dedicated Resources / Monthly Engagements
- Within 24 hours of payment (if onboarding has not begun): 100% refund
- After 48 hours: 50% refund
- After 72 hours: No refund
Special Conditions
Work Delays
If a delay occurs solely due to MilanX Digital’s internal processes, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered. Final decisions will depend on:
- Project complexity
- Client response time
- Work already completed
Work Dissatisfaction
Creative output such as designs or branding is subjective. In case of dissatisfaction:
- We offer revisions and rework
- No monetary refund will be provided for creative preferences or opinion-based rejection
Policy Violations
No refunds will be issued if services are suspended or terminated due to:
- Breach of terms of service
- Misuse, abuse, or unethical conduct

MilanX Digital reserves the right to revise or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this page.
